**Annual Salary:£29,121 - £31,080 inner London** **(Scale 5,S17 - S20)**

**Start date: As soon as possible**

**Contract: 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, 25 days holiday to be taken during school holidays**

Aston Education is working with a Good 11-18 secondary school in Lewisham looking for an HR Administrator with responsibility for personnel administration to start as soon as possible.

This is a vibrant and oversubscribed school and it’s part of a respected Multi-Academy Trust.

As an HR Administrator, you’ll manage all personnel administration at the school and be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.

Further responsibilities include:

- Ensure the provision of a responsive, high quality recruitment service
- Maintain the Single central register
- Produce letters/reports/minutes as required
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, new starter/leaver forms etc.
- Ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date
- Payroll data entry

You have:

- CIPD Level 3
- Experience working within HR or Administration in a school
- Experience of using SIMS
- Experience of using SAMS, CINTRA or similar HR systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and handle a diverse workload

There is hybrid working available with 1 day a week from home and 4 days a week at the school.
