**The Role: Support Worker**

As a Support Worker, you will lead by example, demonstrating the values, behaviours, and Code of Conduct; lead by the client values, incorporating safeguarding and health and safety in everything you do; have a resilient approach to dealing with challenging behaviours and believe in bringing out the best in people, equipping them to make their own decisions and meeting their full potential.

**What We're Looking For**:

- An interest in homelessness and/or lived experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a support setting preferred.
- Psychologically Informed and Trauma Informed training (preferred, not essential).
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and support.
- Alignment with values of trust, kindness, and hope.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,268.00 per year
