Plastic Surgery Skin Cancer Administration Support

We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant who will join our busy Plastic Surgery Skin Cancer team to support the Plastic Surgery Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists as well as the wider Team.
You will have an understanding of computer systems, including hospital systems such as Lorenzo and ideally Somerset, together with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, to aid the support, delivery and monitoring of the Plastic Surgery Skin Cancer Service.
To co-ordinate and assist in the management of the Skin Cancer CNS Clinics, ensuring that relevant medical information is available, patients are discussed in a timely manner and appropriate follow up arrangements made.
Work in collaboration with colleagues within the Waiting List Office, Cancer Navigator Team, Secretaries, and Administration staff to ensure a seamless patient journey through effective communication skills.
To co-ordinate and manage data to be input on to the Somerset and Lorenzo systems.
To support the Team in preparation of Peer Review.
