**Learning Support Assistant**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join an SEN school located in Camden as a Learning Support Assistant.

**About Us**:
The school is a coeducational day school dedicated to providing exceptional education for students across all Key Stages. The school specialises in catering to students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as a range of additional learning needs, including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

**Your Role**:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students, both individually and in small groups. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting students based on their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Effectively managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour.
- Collaborating closely with the class teacher to ensure effective lesson delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting students with SEN is highly desirable.
- Training in techniques such as Team Teach is advantageous.

We offer competitive rates of pay ranging from £85 to £95 per day.
