**Junior Design Manager Responsibilities**:

- Produce 2D working CAD drawings, schematics and 3D rendering to support the contracts team on site and clients/main contractors.
- Take the lead on design projects reporting into Design manager and Senior Staff.
- Liaise with client team to deliver a fully developed package ready for construction.
- Site visits to monitor progress and meet with clients
- Liaise with the sales team and Project Managers at the design stage on all new projects
- The position is office based in Fareham, with most of our contracts being in London and surrounding counties some travel will be required.
- Creation of 2D and 3D drawings from concept to production

**Technical Requirements**:

- Strong 2D Autocad knowledge with previous experience.
- Revit 3D desirable
- Ideally you will have knowledge/experience within a design / construction or architectural led industry although not vital as this role will develop with experience.
- General engineering skills and/or understanding of construction methods is desirable
- The role will require a self-motivated, confident individual who is competent, well organised and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
