Following the exciting merger between Fox’s Biscuits and Burton’s Biscuits, we are recruiting for a PMO Support that will be a hybrid role spending time in the Fox’s Batley or Kirkham Office, home working and travelling to other sites when required.
This is an integral role as you’ll be the point of contact for integration leads, which includes engaging with workstream owners to ensure consistency across the projects, guiding people and owning tasks.
You will also be managing templates, reports, processes and methodologies across the organisation, ensuring value delivery, streamlining of processes and training and development to stakeholders when required.
You will be working with and coached directly by the strategic Chief Transformation Officer as well as the Strategy Director. You will gain experience in managing large, corporate wide transformation as well as cross-company integration projects. You will gain a skill of lifetime.

**This is where you come in**
As the PMO Support a key part of the role is effectively communicating with different project leads in the business. You’ll help to engage cross-functional partners effectively across organisation and engage integration support for guidance where needed across multiple workstreams. This will mean pressure testing collaborating partnerships for workstream & initiative owners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure consistency by assisting development of methodologies, standards & tools/templates.
- Act as IMO point of contact - For integration leads and workstream owners.
- Assist with Integration reporting, provide line of sight and exception-based reporting to CIO on progress.
- Support initiatives where short term / quick assistance may be required and navigate the business, people and processes.
- Monitor and mitigate risk/issues. As applicable, manage templates, processes and methodologies to ensure consistency across integration.
- Be responsible for reporting and streamlining workstreams & initiatives & influencing tools and templates, training and development, roadmap and milestone preparation.
- Liaise with Program support functions i.e., Finance, HR, etc. on systems, tools and training support, effective reporting and control mechanisms.
- Attend weekly meetings to update on progress, roadblocks, propose solutions on specific initiatives with CIO & IO team.

**About you**
- Ideally, you’ll have some Project Manager experience in either a support or coordination role. However, most important is your can do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills is a must because in this role you will be influencing across all levels.
- Be flexible in attitude and approach.
- Can positively challenge the status quo.
- Can use Microsoft Office sufficiently well.
