We are currently recruiting on behalf of a national main contractor who have a strong reputations in the business. The company are renowned for delivering first class award winning projects within new build and refurbishment projects. Covering a wide rangeof sectors you will be working on commercial, residential, mixed use and more sectors and joining a well respected team.
The role will see you working on a wide range of exciting projects with a pipeline of work in the North West that will be running for a minimum of 5 years. The company deliver projects with pride from stakeholder interaction through planning all the way tothe final touches that makes each project special.
The company have a healthy relationship with suppliers, sub-contractors and labour bringing a respectful feel to large projects ensuring everyone works together to deliver. We are looking for an individual who is looking to join a company for the foreseeableand progress within as they grow further in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversea multiple packages with lower level managers reporting into you
- Management of Health and Safety onsite
- Management and procurement of sub-contractors
- Read and implement drawings
- Prepare Health and Safety Documents
- Management of labour and engineers on site
- Delivery co-ordination of materials
- Produce weekly site reports and completion of paperwork consistent with agreed systems and processes
- Attend site meetings
- Reporting schedules on projects
Experience
- Experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
- Experience on new build commercial or residential projects over £5m
- Tier one exposure is highly beneficial
- Managed projects from start to hand over
