**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality food products while maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment. You will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.

**Duties**
- Prepare and produce food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food preparation area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control of food items.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety throughout all processes.

**Skills**
- Proficient in food production techniques and practices.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
