Fleet Management Co-ordinator

**Brief Description of Role (i.e., purpose of role)**
Fleet Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the Tank Planners and the European Fleet Manager in the effective day-to-day coordination of fleet operations across Europe. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the wider logistics team to ensure service reliability and cost-effective utilisation.
**Key Activities & Responsibilities (Level Basic / Intermediate / Advanced)**
**Key Activity 1 - Health & Safety approx. 5% time**
Responsible for one’s own, co-workers and stakeholders’ health and safety.
**Key Activity 2 - System updating/checking & invoicing. approx. 50% time**
Conducting daily load checks to ensure all equipment is available and prepared for the following day’s orders and actively contributing to the reduction of terminal costs by monitoring the use of external suppliers.
**Key Activity 3 - System Maintenance (Stock Reports/PRRET’s/AVLB Prints) approx. 45 % time**
Organising AVLB print, monitoring stock reports and tracking PRRET activity to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

- Previous roles in transport planning, cost management or within logistics industry. **D**

None, although gaining an understanding of budgetary constraints is important.

- Provide accurate and timely information to tank planners and Operations teams.
- Maintaining good relationships with contacts internally and externally. Proactive communication of issues.
- Reduce tank planning overspends through proactive approach
