**What we need from you**:
You will have experience in a similar environment and a knowledge of OPERA PMS is an advantage.

**A bit about the job**:
We have begun our search for a Reservation Agent who will work alongside the Reservations Manager to sell the hotel products and facilities to ensure the hotel reaches its targets.
- Ensure accuracy of all information in the hotels PMS systems and that provided to guests.
- Respond to reservation enquiries per the company standards.
- Ensure other departments are given the appropriate information to meet and exceed guest’s expectations.
- Work closely with HOD’s to ensure a rounded approach to all communication internally and externally.

A highly organised self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
