Our new team member will have a minimum of 1 year’s accounts experience, be proficient in Excel and an all-round adept accounts assistant.

And now for the essential stuff: Full Job Description

The role will involve (as you might have already guessed);
- Generating Sales Ledger Invoices
- Registering Supplier invoices
- Credit Control inclusive of calling customers for payment dates and chasing overdue invoices before handing to relevant account managers.
- Reconciliation of company credit cards.
- Sending monthly customer statements
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Adhoc admin work when required

Knowledge of excel is essential. We really, really, really need you to have this.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Assistant (that's you) with a hands on approach, strong organisation and time management skills. You'll have a high level of attention to detail (working with numbers tends to make you that way) and be able to work to tight deadlines.

You'll need to have at least 1 year's accounts experience. That way you can hit the ground running.
