Advanced Growers Ltd, produce soft herbs and microgreens Hydroponically at several sites in South Herefordshire. hydroponic grow units offer a clean working environment using innovative and cutting-edge technology.

Harvested Crops require further process steps before packing ready for sale.

**Job Description**:

- motivated to achieve measured outputs and follow Standard Operating Procedures for the various tasks involved.

Food grade Hygiene disciplines must be followed where appropriate and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required by the operator. (Training will be provided)

The role requires attention to detail with machine settings for quality control of finished product.

The ability to enter production data into a computerised stock control management system will be necessary but no previous experience required as all training will be provided.

A full current driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.

Full time position working Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm.

OR

Part Time position working 3 days per week 8am - 5pm

Company Pension and Statutory Holiday are included

Hourly rate - Starts at £12.50 Previous experience considered
