**SUPERVISORS WANTED**

We are seeking friendly, personable and experienced shift Supervisors for our independent, family-focused cafe and Soft Play in Earlsfield, SW18.

**Who we are**:
We are an independent cafe and Soft Play business in the heart of Earlsfield in South West London. Our company ambition is to provide this growing community with a place to come and spend time as a family with a safe, fun and stimulating space for children to play while adults enjoy some delicious food and quality coffee.

**Who we need**:
We are looking to hire a responsible, dedicated and experienced shift supervisors who will share our love, drive and enthusiasm for what we do to join our team and help to build our seedling business.

Hospitality/Customer Service experience is essential.

**Duties will include**:

- Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive
- Answering questions customers may have about the venue
- Preparing drinks, food and snacks for distribution
- Stock ordering and inventory
- Assist in maintaining health and safety work environment regulations and standards and high quality service standards
- Working closely with colleagues and Management to maintain and develop the business
- Supervising and Managing weekend Kids' Parties
- Delegating duties amongst other team members
- Assisting in the training of new team members
- Assisting in the general day-to-day running of the cafe and ensuring the best customer experience

**Information**:
The Cafe is open 6 days a week, Tues-Sun. Working hours are from 8am - 5.30/6pm

Full Time or Part-Time basis optional with potential flexible working hours (part-time)

Training included

Uniformed apron will be provided
