**Job title: Children’s Independent Sexual Violence Advisor.**

**Salary £23,000- £25,000 depending on experience/qualification.**

**Hours of work: 37.5 (Full time)**

**Contract Type: Temporary maternity cover - up to 12 Months.**

About the role:
As a CHISVA at The Haven Wolverhampton you will be supporting high risk victims of Sexual Violence heard at MACE and/or MARAC, or those under 16 who are referred in from other partner agencies. You will be supporting CYP’s age 5 and up to the age of 25 where there are additional needs identified. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work with clients to complete individualised safety and support plans whilst respecting their autonomy, and rights to make their own decisions. You will provide crisis intervention support and work effectively with partner agencies to support your clients to live safe from further abuse.

Experience, skills required:
We are looking for an experienced worker who has the skills to work within a multi-agency setting to provide support to child victims of sexual violence and abuse.

You will have experience of working with CYP’s and be able to also cover healthy relationships work for the clients you are supporting as part of their support plans.
