** Mandatory Requirements**:

- **NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).**
- **Full UK Driving Licence** and access to a vehicle.
- **15 Standards of Care Certificate** (Care Certificate).

** Training and competence in**:

- Medication administration.
- PEG feeding.
- Catheter care.
- Stoma care. Tracheostomy care.

** Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
- Supporting with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Administering medication safely in line with policy and training.
- Providing specialist support with PEG feeding, catheter management, stoma care, and tracheostomy care as required.
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of daily living.
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting individual needs and preferences.
- Accurately recording and reporting care delivered, incidents, and changes in client wellbeing. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the care team.
