We are currently recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join us at our Brisol Street Motors Ford Crewe

This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of up to £28,000

As our Parts Supervisor you will help oversee the parts department, and will be responsible for maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan. You will also be responsible for effectively controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and equipment and minimising the risk of financial loss to the company. You will be required to lead and develop the team in order to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within a Parts role in the industry. You must have good leadership and people management skills.

You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating the team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
