**Job Title**:Customer Experience Assistant
**Contract**:12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover
**Responsible to**:Business Manager
**Responsible for**:Day to Day running of the Customer Service Department.
**Department/Location**:Customer Service/Tonbridge Head Office.
**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
**About our Company**: Lili Waste Services Ltd is a dynamic privately owned waste collection company. We currently operate in Kent, London, Hampshire, Yorkshire and South Wales. With a fleet of modern vehicles we offer a first class customer experience with a get it right first time ethos.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Log all contracts in our customer database system accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing.
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as per management request.
- Development of Training in-line with Lili Waste accreditation ISO.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role at least 1 year.
- Excellent soft skills and listening skills to build a rapport and create a positive customer experience whilst accurately relaying messages.
- Passionate about customer service and the need to treat customers fairly.
- Cope and manage varying workloads and pressure.
- Must be a team player.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of complaints.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
