**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent hospitality and assistance to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Adhere to time management practices to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of food safety principles is advantageous.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and colleagues alike.
