Our team needs a specialist speech and language therapist, we would welcome interest from therapists who can independently manage a dysphagia caseload and work with children with severe and profound learning difficulties, their families and specialist educational environments.

We have an integrated model of care across Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry working together to provide holistic model of care keeping children and their families at the centre of what we do, making a positive change in the lives of children with complex needs and their families.

Our team of experts offer shadowing, coaching and mentoring and with external training opportunities you can develop your skills and knowledge of evidence based practice in dysphagia, neurodisability, sensory impairments and AAC.

We can support you to develop your Clinical and Leadership skills by offering:

- A friendly and supportive network of colleagues
- Clinical Supervision and joint working opportunities
- Regular specialist peer supervision with colleagues across the Solent NHS Trust team.
- Professional training and update days with colleagues across the region.
- Training and development opportunities.
