**Who we are**
We’re Fired Earth ¬- a luxury interiors brand, launched in 1983, here to inspire customers with our unique collection of handmade tiles, paint and bathrooms. We help our customers complete their vision of ‘home’ and turn it into a reality.
We’re a small team, based out of our HQ in Adderbury, Oxfordshire and in 30 showrooms around the UK and Europe.

**What we’re looking for**
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Bathroom Designer who really gets to know their clients and will guide them through every step of the process, from designing to delivery.
Based in our Winchester showroom, you’ll generate your own leads and conduct home visits as well as being an active part of the showroom sales team. you’ll specify all relevant products for the project and present your designs using a combination of Virtual Worlds imagery and moodboards.
You will manage your design orders from start to finish and depending on the project you may be required to assist and oversee installation. Running multiple projects at once is expected, therefore you must be able to multitask and be fantastic at organising.
You will represent the brand through the delivery of superb customer service, sales and standards within the showroom. This is a demanding role which involves UK travel and includes weekend work. The ability to drive is essential for this role.

As well as this, you’ll be great at:

- One to one selling and closing leads
- Experience of designing residential bathroom spaces, this is a non-negotiable
- Detail Having an eye for detail is essential
- Preferably a strong understand of plumbing systems and the technical aspects behind buildings
- Multi-tasking and organised
- Have a strong retail sales background

**The Detail**
37.5 hours a week, including some weekends.

Salary is based on experience.
