**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support barista operations by preparing coffee and other beverages as required.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in catering services is an advantage, showcasing your ability to manage events effectively.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques will be beneficial in supporting kitchen operations.
- Barista experience is a plus, allowing you to contribute to our beverage service.
