**Job Purpose**

- Frequent discussion with Senior management internally and externally ( Distributors reprenstatives)

**Principal Accountabilities**

- Manages and develops sustainable supply chain processes and tools for TBG ROE and Ireland. Ensure timely SC reporting KPIs (ie service level, FA, Biais,..)
2. Lead distributor capability building and best practices sharing in the field of operations and SC.
3. Provide operational management for launch of new products/packaging. Close work with commercial/marketing teams.
4. Manages operational aspect of technical, supply chain and NPD projects across the different geographies.
5. Support commercial team in any new distributor contract development and during the negotiation.
6. Ensure distributors contract management:

- Be the key daily contact across for the distributors logistics/order planning dept. and TBG planning and customer service (Zeeb).
- Manage Juices monthly orders and forecast process with distributors, TTBG planners and CS and manage registration/communication within TBG org. and systems in order to ensure highest level of delivery accuracy. Participate and give update for conferencecalls/meetings with the TBG planners and S&OP calls/meetings
- Secure ROE/distributors interests in i-S&OP calls/meetings on Tropicana
- Coordinate monthly orders in SAP with Zeebrugge plant.
- Daily support to distributors and plant in relation to goods transport on Trocipana.
(example: deliveries, transport damages, customs clearance, tax & customs regulations support etc.)
- Lead weekly information on actuals produced vs. planned to Distributors in all countries.
- Participate in meetings with Distributors to align on CS / Supply chain / order processes
- Give CMs/manager update on orders/fcst status on a weekly basis, and ad-hoc when needed
- Support on yearly forecast and AOP phasing forecast and share these with planners and plant when approved by ROE/Ireland commercial category lead.
- Develop and manage KPI reports and report these periodically as agreed.
- Deliver ad-hock CS&L reports and supply chain support for Manager
- Coordinate with plant and E2E SP teams on ROE/Ireland projects.
- Support the commercial teams on launches and new packaging
- Ensure Incident and crisis management lead with TBG Quality, TBG Senior management and SC.
**Non-Financial**
- Extensive contact with distributors, TBG Supply planners and plants.
- Extensive contact with the commercial and Marketing team of ROE and UK
- Participate in regular CS&L and supply chain reviews with distributors/plants.
- KPI reporting on orders, fcst, plant service etc
