**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in our design studio, leading and executing luxury Hospitality interior design projects and high-end residential projects from concept to delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional design expertise, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work collaboratively with our clients, design team, and external stakeholders to create bespoke designs that reflect our clients' visions and exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
- Develop detailed interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Create and present design presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts, ideas, and solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project coordination and execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.
- Supervise and mentor junior design team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury Hospitality interior design and high-end residential design.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and develop new business opportunities for the design studio.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury Hospitality interior design and high-end residential design, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury design concepts, space planning, material selection, and FF&E.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior designers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.
