**Our New Driver Training Programme**

Across 13 months you will receive a mix of online and face to face workshops, delivered by industry experts and our specialist training partners. You'll improve your customer service skills, gain exposure to incident management, safeguarding and much more
In addition to gaining a First Bus - level 2 bus driving apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Maths & English (if required).

**What we need from you**:

- Proof of your Right to Work in the UK
- You must be at least 18 years of age **There is no maximum age limit.**:

- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- You must have lived in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK for at least the three years.
- You will need to live within 60 minutes travel time of the depot, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Great people skills
