Curian Medical are a nationwide provider of medical treatment and rehabilitation, working closely with the insurance and personal injury markets. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as temporary case handler to work alongside a small team of 5 other case handlers. The temporary role is due to last 8 weeks with the potetnial to lead to a full time permanent position.
- Maintain company SLA’s.
- General administrative tasks
- Arranging patient appointments
- Updating customers as to the process of their referral.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Filing and scanning
- Being personally responsible for a number of customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to think about the bigger picture
- A great attitude and outstanding work ethic
- Be proactive, not reactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: Up to £8.91 per hour
