**Main responsibilities and requirements**
- Daily business administrative tasks
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Inputting and/or formatting letters and documents; collecting information; sending and receiving telecommunications
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
- Providing business case reviews and preparation support as needed
- Translating (Mandarin to English) short business-related materials if needed

**Key skills**
- Essential knowledge of Microsoft office is required
- Strong business sense and analytical capacity
- Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
- Good communication and organization skills
- Mandarin-speaking/writing language skills preferred
