**IMMEDIATE START**

**PART TIME CLEANER REQUIRED FOR VARIOUS BLOCKS OF FLATS AROUND SURREY**

**Minimum 4 hours per day (Monday - Friday)**

As a part time, permanent Cleaning Operative at GCS Services, you’ll be an independent part time cleaning operative responsible for carrying out cleaning activities and assisting operations on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest specification and that a quality service is provided.

You will also ensure that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and equipment is kept in a safe working condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*To demonstrate the GCS Services values at all times

*To attend work in company uniform and be clean and presentable at all times

*Clean and supply designated facility areas

*Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, toilet and kitchen cleaning etc

*Perform and track routine inspection

*Perform and track maintenance activities

*Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions

*Stock and maintain supply rooms

*Cooperate with the rest of the staff

*Follow all health and safety regulations

Management have the right to vary the duties in accordance with other areas of the business.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
