Senior Photographer

We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Photographer to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create inspiring, brand relevant and on-trend imagery for E-commerce and creative product shoots, elevating the product, ensuring it is commercial inspirational and in line with guidelines
- Confidently shoot photography for lifestyle and product imagery ensuring it is shot in an inspirational forward-thinking style whilst following Oner Active in-house standards
- Execution of lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and exposure in all shots taken
- Preparing lighting set-ups from scratch and packing down after the shoot, regular checking that all equipment is functioning, keeping an equipment inventory and accurate daily shoot records
- Manage the upkeep of all studio equipment, props and supplies and organise repairs constantly suggesting areas for improvement
- Responsible for postproduction liaison and preparing the images for the web in accordance with guidelines and accurately archive images for quick accessibility
- Cropping and final processing of all images, maintaining file size specification guidelines
- Capture high-quality photographs of events, utilising professional photography techniques and equipment to effectively document and showcase the atmosphere, key moments, and participants
- Maintain strong lines of communication with the wider team(s) - Minimum of 4 years’ industry experience in studio environment or a similar role for a production agency or fashion/lifestyle brand
- Degree level education in a related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting
- Excellent postproduction and retouching skills

SKILLS: - High technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite workflow (Lightroom, Photoshop) and CaptureOne
- Excellent technical and retouching skills on both model and flat lay images
- Ability to adapt and execute different shooting methods and shoot types
- Strong communication skills and organisation skills with a hands-on, can-do approach
- Ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives
- Team player - build relationships with other internal and external teams
- Strong eye for detail and strives for a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Strong team spirit, self-motivation, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
