We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to form a new team in the Ramsgate area. If you have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals, we want to hear from you.

**We are currently recruiting the following**:

- Evening Shift: 18:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday shifts are available
- Weekends shifts: 07:00 - 1300 / 09:00 - 13:00
- Additional shifts will be available to cover sickness and holidays

**Care Requirements**: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting ma service user with various care needs, including but not limited to:

- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Administration
- Moving and Handling via Hoist
- Catheter Care, including flushes
- Peristeen Daily
- Basic Household Chores

**Additional Requirements**: The client is considering a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), so a valid driver's license is required for this position.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in Complex care assistance is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
- A willingness to undergo relevant training and development
- Peristeen experience an advantage
- Autonomic dysreflexia experience essential

**Hourly Rates: £15.00 to £16.83 per hour.**
