**Come and join the Alina homecare team today We are recruiting a team of support workers to support an individual in their own home in Hereford.** Our care team provide high quality care where every day is different When you join our team, you’ll help an individual to live a meaningful and fulfilling life as an active part of their community.

We have a variety of shifts available which includes day shifts and waking night shifts.

**Duties involved**:As a support worker your duties may include supporting an individual with accessing the community, going to a leisure centre, cinema, bowling, theatre, as well as light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication, personal care, helping to get dressed, washing and bathing.

**Requirements**:

- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty
- Good communication skills and good teamwork skills
- Being able to sign Makaton would be advantageous
