**Job description

Night shift 6.30pm to 10pm

3 nights a week

We are seeking a skilled Cake Maker/baker to join our team. As a Cake Maker/Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing cakes for various occasions and for the counter

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cake batters and icings following recipes
- Bake cakes to perfection while monitoring oven temperatures
- Decorate cakes using various techniques such as piping, fondant, and edible decorations
- Ensure all cakes meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Experience in food production, baking, or cooking
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in food preparation for cakes and desserts traybakes muffins and morning goods etc.
- Creativity in cake decoration and design
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
