Job Title: Office Administrator

**Salary**: £25,500 - £28,750 per annum
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
COMPANY PROFILE

A global company within the medical industry are seeking an all-rounded Administrator to support with the overall operations of the business and smooth running of accounts / invoices on behalf of the clients.

You will be able to work on own initiative, be adaptable and have excellent attention to detail.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience with working in a similar role
- Customer service knowledge
- Experience working on SAP or a similar system
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and mínimal supervision
- Basic understanding of chasing invoices/ credit control
- Articulate and willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders
- Creating orders onto the system
- Resolving invoice queries
- Answering and supporting customer related queries
- Preparing sales reports
- Calling businesses to chase outstanding invoices
- Organise workload to ensure that deadlines have been met
- Managing consigned stock including annual inventories
- Ad-hoc administrative duties when required
- Communicating with head office and other branches
