About half of all our products are manufactured in our own factories, located across Europe and in Malaysia, the balance coming from our supply base of 3rd party suppliers. An opportunity has arisen for someone to join our established team to work in thestock replenishment side of the Supply Chain office.

**The Role**:

- Managing the stock level, maintaining the levels of safety stock to support Customer demand;
- Ensuring that adequate purchase orders are raised to meet the forecast demand;
- Monitoring actual sales against forecast and reflecting any variance in changes to the supply;
- Identifying slow moving stocks or excess stocks requiring action to clear;
- Providing information to the sales account teams on opportunities to promote goods;
- Identifying any disruption to supply and managing stock availability to Customers;
- Co-ordinating the activities at our 3PL warehouse, including the co-packing requirements;
- Compiling management information on stock levels, stock turns, Goods in Transit etc.

**The Person:
The Person we are looking for will:

- Have prior experience in a busy Supply Chain office;
- Be adept at using data to determine future outcomes and to make decisions to optimise the fulfilment of customer orders;
- Have the confidence to inform Sales teams of what is, and is not, possible to supply;
- Be sufficiently diligent to identify unfolding supply events and to provide a response to such changing scenarios, by effecting changes in the purchasing, the shipping, the receipting or order fulfilment;
- Be able to communicate quickly and concisely with a number of key supply partners around the world;
- Be systems literate, both in proprietary stock systems and in Excel (previousSAP experience would be advantageous but full training will be given);
- Have a Can-Do attitude to work with the whole Supply Chain team to provide the best supply service that we can.
