We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Academy Kitchen Assistant** to join our friendly team. This hands-on role supports the day-to-day running of our training academy and helps ensure a clean, organised, and professional environment for our training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Ingredient Preparation**
- Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately in advance of our training sessions
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of food preparation stations

**Kitchen Maintenance & Cleaning**
- Washing up during and after training sessions
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and surfaces to hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock rotation and general tidiness of the Academy Kitchen

**Training session support**
- Supporting chefs during training sessions as needed
- Ensuring all utensils and equipment are available and ready for use
- Interacting professionally apprentices when required

**Administrative Tasks**
- Updating course materials and documentation
- Assisting with basic office and course admin duties as directed

**As this role is working within an educational setting you will be required to be DBS checked. Our Academy will support you with this service.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
