Partner Financial are working with a high-growth company based in central London. The business has developed and implemented an operation strategy that has resulted in consistent and exponential growth over the years. Subsequently, such growth generatesinteresting opportunities for work projects, development, and progression for the team at head office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysing business performance with focus on understanding trends and commercial drivers
- Preparing the year-end & the half-year group consolidated accounts
- Leading the team’s work on implementing new accounting standards and maintaining group accounting policies
- Ensuring reporting is consistent and system driven during development and testing
- Supporting the Group Financial Controller and the Group finance team with year-end work
- Producing a weekly cash flow forecast analysing variances and challenging numbers
- Interfacing and liaising with external auditors
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Experience of group accounting processes in a complex organisation
- Good technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
- Comfortable with a variety of finance systems
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload within tight deadlines
