Aspire Pharma Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an **Artwork Officer** to join us at our Head Office in Petersfield. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis and will report into the Regulatory Affairs Managers. This role will take a regulatory lead with responsibility to create, control and coordinate implementation for packaging for Medicines and Medical Devices from approved texts. Successful applicants will be able to work for up to 2 days/week from home after an initial training period.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Control of electronic and paper documentation in line with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)/ISO and the Quality Management System **(including SOPs, change control documents and artwork).
- **Creation and update of packaging artwork/marketing materials **- Creation and update of packaging resulting from regulatory activities affecting approved texts in a Marketing Authorisation (Medicine) or technical file (Medical device). Using Adobe illustrator and indesign to create initial packaging artwork, update current packaging artwork and design marketing materials.
- **Review and tracking** of created/updated artwork and manufacturers print proofs
- **Manage communications** between Regulatory Officers to facilitate timely update and implementation of artwork. Co-ordinating with the operations department and manufacturers to ensure artwork is implemented on pending orders and ensuring all parties are aware of the status of changes, new requests, priorities and that any issues are escalated.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Required: Strong planning & communication skills, confident user of MS Office. Strong administrative skillset. Attention to detail and proof reading in English language.
- Desirable: Life science/English ‘A’ Levels, experience of Adobe creative suite or experience working in pharmaceutical/other regulated sector would be beneficial
