About the Graduate Scheme

You’ll be sponsored to study a professional accounting qualification from one of the UK’s leading accounting bodies while, at the same time, gaining invaluable experience in a variety of Finance roles to become a rounded finance professional. You’ll gain experience of different Finance teams on a six monthly rotational basis, to give you the chance to learn what each Finance team does, how it operates, as well as understanding which Finance specialism you might like to follow as your finance career develops.

To support your learning and growth journey, you’ll gain access to six half yearly rotational placements. These placements could include:
Providing Management Accounting and Commercial Accounting support as part of our Blackburn based finance teams to one of the countries we operate in.
Having a short ‘taster’ experience in our Transactional Services team to understand the foundational, transactional building blocks of our organisation.
Working in Financial Planning & Analysis to assist the budget setting process for the organisation as a whole or supporting the reporting of results to our Senior Executive Team.
Getting involved with our Reporting Team to help manage our audit process and understand first-hand about the accounting standards that you’ll come across in your professional studies.
