**The Role**
Tricel is on the lookout for a dynamic HR expert to champion people-focused support for line managers across the business. If you're passionate about empowering leaders, driving performance, and creating a positive workplace culture, this is your opportunity to make a real impact where it matters most.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Support the employee life cycle in such areas as: onboarding, induction, stay interviews, career pathway support and offboarding etc.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs that make us an employer of choice.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Take an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice.
- Support the delivery of HR metrics.
- Ensure that all HR related documentation is up to date and saved correctly to our HR system.
- Leading and supporting on projects to support the development of Group initiatives.
- Utilise and maintain our HR Software system, UKG.
- Any other duties to support the needs of the business.
- CIPD level qualification 3 or a level 5 qualification in a related discipline is required.
- A passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
- A proven track record with experience of working in a progressive HR environment.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing day-to-day prioritise with long-term objectives.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience of reporting.
- Willingness to travel to site locations across the Group.

Tricel, a family-run business, was founded in 1973 by Anne Stack and Con Stack. The company began by producing products from glass-reinforced plastics (GRP). The Stack family leads Tricel, which provides market-leading solutions in over 50 countries. Among the markets served by the company are storage tanks, pumps, sewage treatment tanks, construction products, and lubricant distribution.
