We have an exciting new position available to become our Cleaning Supervisor at a engineering facility in Haywards Heath.

This position is Monday to Friday (5 Days) between 16:00pm and 20:00pm **(20 Hours per week)** but it would be great if you were available to cover a other shifts when a colleague is on annual leave or off due to sickness.

**Duties will include**:

- Cleaning Duties, i.e.
- Hoovering / Mopping
- Cleaning Toilets and Washrooms
- Emptying bins
- Dusting / Polishing
- Reporting to Area Manager and onsite management staff
- Carrying out daily checks and routine audits to ensure standards are maintained
- Organizing annual leave and sickness cover within the onsite team

**What you'll need**
- Experience of leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team
- Willingness to work as a key part of the team, completing daily tasks on every shift
- A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the site.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
