We are a 30 bedded Care Home, located near The Leas in Folkestone. We are looking for a friendly and caring person to join our team.

A General Assistant position will be trained across Cleaning and Kitchen and will be willing to cover either department.

Our shift patterns are as follows:
Cleaning - 7.30am - 1.30pm

Kitchen - 7.00am - 2.00pm (Early)

4.00pm - 7.00pm (Late)

7.00am - 7.00pm (Long Day)

A bank position is no guaranteed hours, it is sickness & annual leave cover.

We send out available shifts and you let us know which ones you are available to cover.

Your role:

- Be self motivated and be able to use your initiative
- Communicate well with your team, colleagues and residents
- Work to a high level of cleanliness, being aware of COSHH regulations
- Complete mandatory training as and when required

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Folkestone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
