We’re looking for a passionate writer and content creator to join our team for a fixed-term contract (12-month maternity cover). You will be responsible for the production of content across our wellbeing directories, educating users on all things mentalhealth and wellbeing, raising awareness of the support available and connecting them with qualified professionals.

**The Role**

As a member of the Content team, you will play a key part in the development of our five wellbeing Directories. You will be responsible for the research, production and review of content across the Happiful platforms; implementing industry best practicesand SEO knowledge, and cultivating influential partnerships and relationships with both Directory members and industry experts in order to increase engagement, conversions and brand awareness of all Happiful products.

As well as the production of content, you will be responsible for analysing trends and user feedback to ensure the information published on our websites remains up-to-date and reliable and pitching ideas for new topics to reach wider audiences and connectthose with the necessary support.

**Main Responsibilities**

**You will**:

- Produce high-quality, engaging and timely content for Happiful websites in a range of media, in line with industry trends and company ethos.
- Source, edit and publish content from directory members and contributors.
- Monitor trends and user data to identify content opportunities that will improve our position in SERPs, reach wider audiences, and ultimately, increase enquiries to our members.
- Support the development of our multimedia content strategy; sourcing and coordinating high-quality content for the Happiful websites, YouTube channel and social platforms.
- Market and promote content across multiple channels in order to cultivate new relationships, and increase engagement, conversions and brand awareness. ?

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A good understanding of Google Analytics, SEMrush or equivalent.
- A consistent drive to expand creative skills and abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A positive work ethic and can-do attitude is essential.
