The company has almost a hundred years of activity and invests heavily in their employee to help them achieve their goals.

The business is looking for a result driven and independent Demand Planner to add to their growing team in Woking. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong analytical skills who wants to join a company with an amazing environment and continue to grow within the business where your progression and individuality will be consideredand respected.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation and review of the product demand forecast
- Business planning: integration of demand plans into business activities
- Supporting the creation of a promotional forecast
- Measuring forecast accuracy and creating insight from business forecast analysis to drive improvements
- Liaising with 3PL and supply planning teams to manage short-dated stock
- Working closely with various departments such as: marketing, finance to increase profitability

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in demand planning, ideally in Food industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Great communications and presentation skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail and can-do attitude
