We provide long-term accommodation and care, based in small, unique family style homes. **The role**:

- Support adults with complex needs using person-centred care for quality support as a **Support Worker**:

- Help individuals thrive by offering personal care and a secure, supportive atmosphere that fosters value, potential, and aspirations as a caregiver
- The New Bungalow is home to adults who have complex learning disability needs including physical and sensory impairments.

**As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will ideally have**:

- An appreciation of the needs of people with learning disabilities plus physical and sensory impairments
- Experience of using specialist equipment and knowledge of autism, diabetes, epilepsy
- be considerate, patient, self-motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, non-judgemental and professional
- To be Flexible as hours include weekends, sleep-ins and awake night duties as rostered
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills plus basic IT and report writing skills
- Hold a NVQ2/Level 2/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care Qualification or working towards or a willingness to work towards within 18 months of commencement
- To hold a full UK driving licence
