The post holder will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of Prisoner’s Personal Cash (PPC) and Prisoner Wages on the Prisoner Records Database (PR2). The post holder will carry out PPC administration to provide an effective and efficient service to the establishment. The post will also include supporting Prisoner Services colleagues as required.- ResponsibilitiesTo carry out payment and administration of prisoner wages in accordance with the Prisoner Wage Earning Policy and SPS Finance Policy.

Facilitate requests for prisoner purchases from Prisoner’s Personal Cash (PPC) ensuring compliance with SPS Finance and Policy.

Collation of and accurate recording of PPC on the Prisoner Records (PR2) in compliance with SPS Finance and Policy

To address any enquires in relation to Prisoner Wages and PPC and to assist colleagues in Prison Services (i.e. Prisoners’ Stores/ Canteen).

- Qualifications RequirementsNational 5 at Grade C or above (including English & Maths) or equivalent qualifications or at least a minimum of 6 months relevant admin experience
