**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Respond to phone calls with professional phone etiquette, assisting callers with their needs or directing them appropriately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with guests.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar systems is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
