**Duties**
- Greeting guests warmly and managing reservations efficiently
- Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages with professionalism
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handling payments and operating POS systems accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Supporting barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and specialised drinks
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner

**Experience**
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred, particularly in roles involving catering, serving, or food preparation
- Barista experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with excellent organisational skills is advantageous
