This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sky Operations & Change division as a Provisioning Specialist for a 12-month secondment. As a team we look after the provisioning journey of talk and broadband products, as well as resolving complex issues and assisting internal teams get Sky’s customers back on a “happy path. We work closely with Openreach, NOW and other external stakeholders and resolve Number Port Delays and Auto Compensation queries.

What you'll do:

- Ensure Sky customers are provisioned accurately for Sky Talk, Broadband and Sky Mobile products
- Provide support to the Service Assurance Operational team who manage escalated Sky Talk, Broadband and Sky Mobile exceptions, and rejections
- Handle escalated provisioning enquiries from internal and 3rd party communications providers
- Work both internally and with other teams to improve processes - what can we do better?
- Analyse trends within daily reports - has anything changed?
- Create and share accurate stakeholder information - have we told the right people?
- Participate in other activities in line with business needs - are we supporting the department?
