**The impact you will have in this role**:
**Your Primary Responsibilities**:
- Lead a medium to large team of Entitlements Services team members
- Be a “player/coach” by supporting client inquiries, document management, and system-of-record (e.g., People & Organizations, Customer Registration System) changes for certain client lifecycle activities while also performing quality and validation checks on the work done by the team
- Be a “go-to” resource for Entitlements Services team members by providing effective guidance and feedback
- Coordinate day-to-day workflow in Entitlements Services and ensure team is adhering to Entitlements Services processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of our benchmark targets and objectives by reviewing weekly and monthly metrics and addressing any outliers related to quality and timely responses

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
**Talents Needed For Success**:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Demonstrates expertise in the processes, tools and systems that underpin DTCC’s account entitlements
- Invests effort to individually coach others and identify skill or experience gaps within the team
- Minimizes risks associated with departmental projects by observing established instructions and processes
- Goes above and beyond by investing his/her energy to realize team/department goals
- Presents information clearly in writing and orally in small and larger group settings
