We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support project management activities by ensuring effective cost control, scheduling, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project controls.

**Your Purpose**:

- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Support the preparation of project status reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

**What you can bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools, such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in project management or controls is a plus.
