I have a fantastic temporary opportunity for an experienced Operational Site Lead to assist in a project based which will cover between 2-4 sites across the South East of England.

Summary of Position
- In accordance with contract specifications, Site Managers are primarily responsible for the direct management and oversight of Team Leaders working at the temporary accommodation sites for Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Site Managers are responsible for the daily management and oversight of Team Leaders. Specifically, Site Mangers are to ensure that Team Leaders are fulfilling their contractual obligations regarding the TLs' responsibility for the day-to-day care and welfareneeds of young people based within our sites.
- Site Managers are to manage staffing levels at each site, ensuring the requisite level of staffing cover matches the fluctuating numbers of Young people.
- Ensure all staff have received mandatory briefings and training as and when directed by the Management Team.
- Ensure Team leads are following SOPs and ensure that incident reporting is being conducted correctly.
- Ensure that all Team Leads are adjusting any processes and procedures as directed by the Management Team.
- Ensure Team Leads are submitting reports and returns, required by the Management Team, with the requisite level of detail and within the specified deadlines.
- Be prepared to liaise with agencies and external organisations when required and authorised to do so by the Management Team.
- As directed by the Management Team, periodically conduct inspections and reviews.
- Ensure Team Leads are utilising the sites SharePoint Site correctly and all folders are updated within timelines specified.
- Supporting the Team Leads, maintain oversight of administration and logístical functions necessary for the delivery of services at the site.
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations relating to responsibilities, responses and reporting are adhered to.
- Be prepared to produce written reports for the Management Team.
- Be prepared to check staff timesheets against recorded hours worked.

A full enhanced DBS and referencing checks will be required for this post.
